In both the 125 and 250 Pro classes it was all about Nick Dunn and his gregscustom.com backed KTM’s. Dunn took the victory in all four pro moto’s in pretty much any fashion you can imagine including the classic holeshot/runaway victory, and then there was the mid-pack start, come-from-behind moto win along with the rare red flag/moto restart due to a malfunction with the electronic scoring system. |

Winnipeg’s fastest Police Officer, Andy Golebioski was at Grunthal running in the Vet Junior class. Unfortunately for Golebioski his Vet class rivals don’t share the same caution as most Manitoba motorists when it comes to passing a Police Officer. Golebioski posted 9-9 moto finishes for ninth overall. |

Donald Fossay is putting in some great rides of late in the 50cc 7-8 class. Fossay used solid 4-3 moto scores to grab third overall on the day. Logan Swanson remains unbeaten in the fall series going 1-1 on the day and stretching his points lead on Kent Navitka who grabbed second overall going 3-2. |

Charity Schmidt entered the day tied for the lead in the Ladies class with Amy Houde. Schmidt looked strong taking both moto victories. The class dynamics may soon change as former champ Houde was seen riding practice on a 125 instead of her CR85 and may soon have less of a power deficit to cover. |

With the advancement of a couple of faster riders to the 60cc A class, it has flung the doors wide open for podium spots in the 60cc B class. Hayden McKinny had his strongest outing of the season this weekend going 1-1 and taking the overall. Blake Vanstraelen posted a 3-3 day to grab the second podium step ahead of the 2-4 ride put forward by Cole Navitka. |

The ATV Beginner class is growing week to week. Chris Eyolfson stretched his series points lead with another 1-1 day and the overall. |

Brad Wiebe continues to decimate the 125 Junior, GP Junior and Youth B classes this fall series. Wiebe took 5 of 6 moto wins and all three overalls. Wiebe’s only blemish on the day was a moto one victory by Peter Tereck in GP Junior. On a positive note for Suzuki Canada, Brad was kind enough to miss the contingency deadline, thus saving you a bunch of payouts, Ouch! |

With undefeated Spring Provincial Champion Hunter Teichrib opting into the 50cc 7-8 class for the fall series, the 50cc 4-6 class is seeing some new names on top of the box. Nick Kiewning (169) is locked in a points battle with Cole De Konick. Kiewning was the victor on this day taking both moto’s and the overall. |

In the Vet Master class, the hard work of Renold Sawatsky was rewarded on Sunday. Sawatsky ran his Morden Motorsports/Renolds Transport backed CRF450R to the top of the podium with 1-3 moto scores. The Sun & Snow backed RMZ450 of Danny Winistok and the Winnipeg Sport & Leisure CRF450R of Kim Houde rounded out the podium. |

After a pair of qualifiers to get down to the forty-rider gate, Pearce McKellar took the 80cc 12-16 Main event. Brendan Mahoney used a borrowed CR85 to replace the bike he grenaded earlier in the day to grab the second podium spot ahead of Dylan Lischynski. |

|
Eddie Anderson entered the day leading both the 125 and 250 Intermediate class point races. Anderson also has a perfect series going in 250 Intermediate. Anderson saw his perfect moto streak end with a 1-4 day good for second spot in 250 Intermediate, behind Spring Provincial Champion Tim Lavoie’s 2-1 day. Anderson also had to settle for the second podium step in 125 Intermediate behind Aaron Pfrimmer. |

Former ATV racer Dan Devloo used the confidence gained from a moto one Vet Junior holeshot to post a 1-1 day and the overall in the 250 beginner class. |

50 cc 7-8 powerhouse, Logan Swanson, seems to get more comfortable and faster each week on his KTM 65 SX. This week Swanson grabs a podium spot behind the 1-2 finishes of Rio Stoesz and Richmond Morin. |

Dean Beischer had a perfect day at Grunthal going 1-1 in both 250 Junior and Vet Junior racing. Beischer also left Grunthal with the points lead in both classes. The recently mortgage free Beischer is also charging hard towards the title of “King of Bling” as his YZ250 has received all sorts of goodies of late. |

Colin Cyr posted his strongest race of the season at GCR putting a 4-2 day on the board in 125 Intermediate and grabbing the third step on the box. |

In the Supermini main, Cole Cote pushed hard to grab the fourth spot behind the podium of Ryan Millar, Josh Pfrimmer and Pearce McKellar. |

|
Matt Hamm and his Headingley Sportshop/FXR MX backed KX250 had a banner day on Sunday. Hamm used a Pro 250 Moto 2 holeshot to help post a 4-3 day and grab the final podium spot. In the Youth class, Hamm used a consistent 2-2 day to take the overall and after class points leader David Ledarney suffered a hard get off in moto two, Hamm found himself leaving GCR with the Youth class points lead. |

|
|
|
Stuart Brincheski managed to hang onto second spot in the 80 cc 7-11 points race with his 3-4 day and third overall on Sunday. Ryan Millar continues to try to claw his way back into the points race after his second place finish in 80cc 7-11 at Walton caused him to miss round two of the fall series. Millar grabbed the overall going 1-1 ahead of the 2-2 of Josh Pfrimmer. |

Knowing how excited he was to make one of these reports earlier this season, I’ll end this report by dedicating it to Jeff Mullen whose life ended much too young on Aug 30, 2005. Godspeed Jeff. |
