For the first time ever, 3 major stand alone motorcycle events will be combined in one weekend for the most full throttle, action packed weekend ever witnessed in Southwestern Ontario.
With the tremendous support of Coca Cola and the Full Throttle Energy Drink, available in an oversized 16oz. can, Glen Fenwick Volvo - Subaru in celebration of their 50th anniversary is able to present this oversized event, because lets face it, size matters!
Motorcycle legends such 9 time AMA Grand National Champion Scott Parker, 5 time Canadian Champion Steve Beattie, 2 time Canadian Champion Doug Beattie, American Champion Joe Kopp, Canadian Champions, Dominic Beaulac, Chris Evans and John Parker and many more of North America's top motorcycle riders will be competing.
Saturday night under the lights on the 5/8 mile Hiawatha Horse Park dirt track will be the Harley Davidson Canadian National Flat Track Championship sanctioned by the CMRC. Wide, fast and smooth, returning for the first time in over ten years at the track widely regarded as the best in Canada, we will get to experience the 100 mph action of the nation's best riders. The show starts @ 7pm on Saturday night.
Straight from the crazed culture of California will be the Mini Thunder Nationals. That's right for the first time ever, a CMRC sanctioned Canadian Pit Bike Championship! On a professionally built mini supercross track constructed by JetTrax, competitors of all ages and sizes will be competing for National #1 plates right in front of the main grandstand. Pro classes with Pro Purses will be included. Racing starts @ 11am on Saturday morning.
As if all of that isn't enough, be sure to stay for Sunday's main attraction, the Precision Power Sports SuperMoto championship. Witness a very special and rare appearance by American motorcycle legend, 9 time AMA Grand National Champion, Scott Parker competing on the Precision Power Sports KTM 525 SMR. Watch as he competes against reigning Canadian Premier and 250cc Champion, Doug Beattie, his 5 time Champion brother and local resident, Steve Beattie, along with special guest superstar rider Smokin Joe Kopp on his factory KTM. Many other current and past Champions will be battling bar to bar on this unique and challenging course that will see the competitors jump onto the dirt front straightaway from the parking lot asphalt where they will enter the infield MX section. Racing starts @ 11am.
