Red Bud rough for Chamberlain and DeHaan

Pierce Chamberlain went 37-30 for 35th overall at the Red Bud AMA National Sunday while Doug DeHaan went 29-DNS for 36th overall. Chamberlain started 32nd in the first moto and worked his way up to 28th in the first four laps before he dropped off the lap chart. DeHaan was running in 18th for much of the first moto and had worked his way up to15th when a last lap mistake sent him back to 29th place. DeHaan did not start the second moto. Ricky Carmichael swept the 250 class ahead of Kevin Windham (3-2) and James Stewart (2-3). Grant Langston took the win in the 125 class with 1-2 motos while Ryan Mills was second overall with 6-1 motos. Andrew Short went 3-3 for third.
