We would like to send out our get-well wishes to Jordann Bittner. She’s a young ladies racer, who has been in the Ottawa children's hospital since an accident she had at the Sand Del Lee provincial. On her first night at CHEO hospital, her injury was misdiagnosed as a break. The next day they realized that she had crushed bones in her leg so they operated and put plates and pins in. It is sad to say that Jordann had her sixth surgery on June 2nd and has had two muscles removed from her shin area. There will be permanent damage to her leg.

Jordann's spirits are getting better and hopefully she has had her last surgery. Last we heard, Jordann was bound and determined to make it to her grade eight graduation. We would like to wish her all the best and hope to see her smile around the track again soon.
