Clearbrook Yamaha's Kyle Beaton finally got his first moto win of the season here at Regina. He grabbed the holeshot over Tucker Hibbert and Nick Evennou and lead wire to wire. Hibbert recovered from a slideout early in the moto to work his way back up to second and was right on Beaton for the last two laps but couldn't get by. Evennou would end up DNF'ing with a motor failure and Eric Nye settled into 3rd after getting passed by Hibbert.
