A truly level playing field is something seldom seen in local MX races, right? Not on this day as Brandon’s Farm Boys Raceway underwent extensive changes completed just before race day to reverse the direction of the layout for round six of the MMA Spring Provincial Championship brought to you by Royal Distributing. |

Moving into the pumpkin patch seems to be agreeing with Randall Klassen. The new KTM rider picked up a couple of moto wins and a second and third overall in the 40+ B and Vet Junior classes. |

Brenden Mitchell picked up a couple of podium finishes in Brandon, taking second overall in the MX-3 Junior and third overall in the MX-2 Junior class. |

Finding some MX time in a busy spring hockey schedule has been tough for Cole DeKoninck. The time was well spent however with DeKoninck taking both 65cc 7-9 class motos and the overall. |

FXR MX backed Kevin Urquhart showed up in Brandon looking for some seat time during an off week in the CMRC National schedule. Urquhart looked fast and smooth in laying waste to the Youth and MX-1 Pro classes. |

After sitting at home without a bike for the better part of the Spring series, Mike Harms (208) showed up in Brandon and wasted no time in reminding the Vet Master class he was prepared to race. Harms and Jim Frederickson traded moto wins with Harms taking the overall. |

Pre Season 85cc 7-11 class favourite, Ty Shemko finds himself second in points currently and needs to focus on winning every moto if he is to have any chance of a Spring Provincial title. Mission accomplished on this day as Shemko went 1-1 for the overall. |

Peter Tereck made a rare appearance and left Farm Boys with third place money in the MX-2 Intermediate class. |

Nathan Williamson grabbed his first victory in the 50cc 7-8 class ahead of Jarret Biro and Bryce Sexton. |

Westside Honda’s Adam Pfeiffer showed up in Brandon sporting a pair of shiners after a run in with his handlebars in Melita left him with a broken nose. Pfeiffer took the MX-2 Pro overall with a 2-1 ride topping the 1-2 finishes of Aaron Pfrimmer. Pfeiffer is now second in points, ten back of Pfrimmer. |

Kyle Cyr (118) came out on top of a fierce three way battle in the second MX-1 Intermediate moto. Cyr ended up second overall between Lindsay Masse (129) and Chris Plett (288). |

Saskatchewan native Kyle Biro got a look at some Manitoba 65cc hot shots finishing 3-3 behind Jordan Devloo (1-1) and Donald Fossay (2-2) in the 65cc 10-11 class. |

One of the closest Provincial Championship battles is being waged in the 25+ class where Johnnie Unrau (998) entered the day tied with Corey Parent, while Luke Macfadden was only five points in arrears. Unrau would have to settle for a 2-2 day in Brandon, losing six points to Parent in the process. |

The Little Ladies class saw Jessa Champagne wedge herself between the Blaquiere sisters for second overall. |

Keegan Watkins-McIntyre went 2-3 to take second overall in his 50cc 4-6 class debut. |
