The event will be held in Great Britain September 28, 2008. The location is Donington Park, located near Derby in East Midlands. Derby is approx. 2 hours drive from Heathrow Airport and our current plans are to fly to Heathrow and travel to Derby in rented vehicles.

The team will depart for Great Britain September 23 and return September 29. A practice at a local track will be arranged for September 25.

Team headquarters will be the Hilton East Midlands Airport Hotel, arrival Sept. 24 depart Sept. 29.  The Hilton East Midlands has a number of amenities including a gym, pool, dining area and lounge.

We are making arrangements for our pit area to be hosted by Par Honda, a British based GP Team that is able to supply us with full amenities and support at the event as they did for us in 2006.

It has been decided to fly the team’s own motorcycles from Canada. The plan is to have the Board of Directors of the Canadian Motorcycle Association name the team July 1st, Canada Day. The CMA will also arrange for the Team's official entry and provide Canada’s jury member.

Riders being considered as team members will be polled in mid June to determine if they are willing and able to participate from a personal, contract and equipment availability point of view.
