San Diego SX 2005: “Chad Reed and RC racing and working everybody there. Chad caught and passed RC with like two turns to go or something like that. It was right in the whoops. It was supposed to be a mud race and it turned out to be a beautiful day; the guys lapped up to third place, I remember that.”

Orlando SX 2007: “Ricky’s last race, and Stewart and him went at it for almost the whole race. That was pretty cool. James got him in the end but they were battling back and forth the whole time.”

MXoN 2007: “Ryan Villopoto’s first moto was simply phenomenal. He had everybody in his race, RC, Reed, Ramon, all the heavy hitters, and he just worked them. It was a riding clinic and he killed them all. RC fell in the first turn and all but I still think RV would’ve beat him. It was so cool.”

Phoenix Lites SX 2008: "Just a great race, an awesome battle and something I'll never forget anytime soon."

Daytona 500 1999: “When Dale Earnhardt won, that was cool. He had tried for so many years and finally won the big one. It was emotional for him and the crowd was going crazy.”

Napa 500 2000: “The very best one for me was another NASCAR race. Jerry Nadeau, in a Holigan Homes sponsored #25 car, went out and won the whole thing. He dominated the freaking race and it was a special feeling knowing all that I know of what goes on behind the scenes.”

“Any amateur race with Broc Sellards. My whole amateur career, Broc and Iwent at it. He lived just down the road from, me and at all the local races and even into the pros, we went at it hard all the time. We were the local fast guys and I can remember some down and dirty battle with Sellards.”

Village Creek Texas cross-country race: “A little while back there was a cross-country race here in Texas. One of the Wharton brothers was there and it was an hour and a half. My wrist was still bothering me and we battled back and forth the whole time. It was a lot of fun; one of the better ones I’ve had.”

“Arenacrosses with Damon Bradshaw in 2002. Every weekend it seemed we went at it in the arenacrosses. We always split the wins it seemed. It was really cool to race Damon; he was one of my childhood heroes so that made it even more fun. We had battled for four mains on a weekend, neck and neck and pretty clean really.
