A strong contingent of riders showed up at Chilliwack Heritage Park on Friday for the second roundĀ of the Canadian Arenacross Championships. Expectations were high for Canada's newest Golden Boy, Dusty Klatt. Aboard a Yamaha borrowed from Clearbrook Yamaha, Dusty was plagued with poor starts and was never really able to challenge for the lead in either of the two mains. |

Kyle Beaton took the lead in both races from the start and rode very consistently to wins in both the Lites and Open classes. |

Dube kept Beaton honest in both races and was always within pouncing distance should Kyle have made a mistake. |

The top five were the same in both mains: 1)Beaton 2)Dube 3)Urquhart 4)Hoyer 5)Klatt |

The track was nicely laid out and looked smooth for the faster riders. It managed to bite a few riders including #7 Taylor who appeared to separate his right shoulder in the Lites main. |
