The majority of readers still consider Ricky Carmichael the 2006 Supercross Champion even though James Stewart won the World title by virtue of his two wins in Toronto and Vancouver. I guess they can fight it out during the outdoor nationals and if Hangtown is any indication, we are in for another epic series.

Speaking of an epic series, the Canadian nationals kick off this weekend in Ste Julie, Quebec. Can JSR do the unthinkable and win a sixth-straight title this year? Will Gavin Gracyk have the same speed as last year? How about the rookies to a full-time MX1 season this year like Colton Facciotti, Ryan Lockhart and Kyle Keast? Add Darcy Lange in the mix and we have quite a year ahead of us.
