Fri (16th) 6 – 8pm off-track ‘theory’ instruction & bike set-up review Sat (17th) 8am – 1pm track instruction; 3 – 6pm fitness, mental, & nutrition Sun (18th) 8am – 12pm track instruction

*Includes take-home riding evaluation/worksheets, fitness program,
mental/goal setting plan, and nutrition guidance.

8 – 12 Riders (must pre-register.. limited entry)

MAY 18 SCHOOL
